When first exploring financial advisory while in the tied agency, looking at so many product and services from many service providers, I was a bit overwhelmed.
I figured working with a group of advisers with different specialties and knowledge, it will be easier to manage the practice. With the intention to gather a few advisers from different teams to work together by each specializing in one or two areas, to form a specialist group of support, I noticed the idea does not go well with different leaders.
Thus, I decided to form and train a team of liked minded advisers who can share knowledge and ideas, with each of them well-versed in the area of interest.
after more than 10 years, we still keep the spirit of sharing through regular meetings and chat groups.
