I joined Financial Alliance in 2009 after a 25-year career climbing the corporate ladder, but I fell off during the Global Financial Crisis of 2008. Despite my past achievements, the company's bottom line and targets ultimately determined my fate. However, this experience has taught me the value of setting my own goals and taking charge of my destiny.
